VO talent DO NOT need Casting Networks or Actors Access.

Required for all on-camera talent, Casting Networks is a website via which we can submit you for auditions. Please sign up ASAP and NOTIFY US ONCE COMPLETE!

  • After you sign the contracts, we will send you an “invite” so you can set-up your Casting Networks profile and link to Leighton Agency. IF you don’t get that email, please let us know!

  • When creating your new profile, mark ‘no extra work’

  • Be sure to set up email AND text notifications to ensure you receive notice when you get a new casting. The texted notifications from us will begin with ‘RUTH LEIGHTON/LEIGHTON AGENCY you have a casting’ - so you know it’s from us and reply asap.

  • IMPORTANT: If you can’t make an assigned audition time on Casting Networks, DO NOT decline the audition. We cannot reschedule you once you have declined. Instead, log-in to your account and put in a reschedule request yourself.

YOU WILL HAVE 2 CASTING NETWORKS PROFILES

  • If set-up properly, you should have one labeled ‘Personal Profile’ and the other labeled ‘Leighton Agency.’ Updating info and media on one profile WILL NOT automatically update it on the other. You must do so manually. When we submit you, we will submit your ‘Leighton Agency’ profile, so it is imperative that you to keep this one up to date.

HOW TO UPDATE YOU “LEIGHTON AGENCY” PROFILE ON CASTING NETWORKS

  1. On desktop, in the top right corner, there is a drop-down menu that allows you to toggle between the two profiles.

  2. Toggle to your Leighton profile.

  3. Update all categories including ‘Basic Info,’ ‘Sizes,’ etc.

  4. UPDATING PHOTOS: On your Leighton profile menu, click Media > Add a Photo > 'Select from Media Bank' (if you already uploaded the image to your other profile) or 'Upload New'. Select a photo to add.

  5. SETTING PRIMARY PHOTO: Once your desired image has been added, click the 3 dots on the top right corner of it > Set as primary photo.

  6. UPDATING VIDEOS AND AUDIO: If you keep scrolling down the page, you will find your Videos and Audio. Follow the same process to update these.

WHAT IF I HAVE MULTIPLE KIDS?

Previously, a new email was required for each child. Now it is possible to merge all children under one email account login.
