• Do you need families that model together?

  Yes! “Real Families” are in high demand.

  Qualifications:

  Must be a real family.

  Parents need to be in good shape - not necessarily “bathing suit” level of fitness, but active.

  Must have at least (2) Children. Ages 4-12. If you also have older children, we can submit them for bookings as part of the family, but most of the time bookings want the younger children only.

  If your family qualifies, please email the following for consideration:

  2-3 selfies of each family member

  2-3 family shots

  Everyone’s names

  Children’s DOB

• What are buyouts?

  Buyouts are jobs that pay a flat rate with no residual payment. Several clients come to Arizona because we are a right-to-work state. As stated in the contract, the agency will negotiate buyouts for you. Leighton Agency Inc receives a standard 20%.

• Does my child need a work permit to work in Arizona?

  No. The state of Arizona does not require work permits for children to work.

• Can I refer family and friends to Leighton Agency?

  Absolutely! However, please DO NOT direct them to call/email. Instead, have have them follow the submission procedures on our website.

• Can i get an agent in another state?

  Leighton Agency Inc is licensed and bonded in the state of Arizona. Our contract is strictly for the Arizona market. You are allowed to have representation in other states.

• How long is my contract?

  The contract is for two years. The contract will automatically renew itself unless either party decides to terminate 30 days prior to the expiration date.
